Damit sollen Werkstoffe und Bauteile gepr\u00fcft werden k\u00f6nnen, ohne dass sie dabei besch\u00e4digt werden. Das Verfahren wird am Beispiel von Rotorbl\u00e4ttern f\u00fcr Windkraftanlagen entwickelt und an einer Roboteranlage am ZESS getestet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wie funktioniert das ganze? Ein Industrieroboter mit Radarsensor scannt das Rotorblatt. Aus diesem Scan werden hochaufl\u00f6sende Bilddaten gewonnen, welche mit Positionsdaten verkn\u00fcpft werden. Auf dieser Grundlage erkennt ein KI-Modell Fehler im Material, wie z.B. Falten, Ondulationen oder Lageverschiebungen, und bestimmt deren Position und Auspr\u00e4gung bereits vor dem Vergie\u00dfen. So lassen sich Qualit\u00e4tsm\u00e4ngel fr\u00fchzeitig beheben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Innovation des Projekts liegt in der Kombination von Radartechnologie, Robotik und k\u00fcnstlicher Intelligenz.
