Diese werden derzeit gr\u00f6\u00dftenteils in Handarbeit gefertigt \u2013 das ist zeitaufw\u00e4ndig und kostenintensiv. Im <a href=\"https:\/\/zess.ruhr-uni-bochum.de\/en\/portfolio-item\/h2giga\/\">H2Giga<\/a> Projekt FertiRob haben Forscher:innen vom Lehrstuhl f\u00fcr Produktionssysteme der <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ruhr-uni-bochum.de\/\">Ruhr-Universit\u00e4t Bochum<\/a> zusammen mit 15 weiteren Projektpartner:innen deshalb L\u00f6sungen entwickelt, die einen teilautomatisierten Zusammenbau von Elektrolyseuren erm\u00f6glichen. Drei der dabei entstandenen Demonstratoren wurden bei uns am ZESS entwickelt. Sie veranschaulichen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>die teilautomatisierte und robotergest\u00fctzte Montage mittelgro\u00dfer Elektrolyseure<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>die vollautomatisierte Verkabelung von Elektrolyseur-Schaltschr\u00e4nken<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>den Transport von Bauteilen mit Hilfe autonomer mobiler Plattformen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Das ZESS wurde dabei als Reallabor f\u00fcr die Testdurchl\u00e4ufe genutzt. Dank der M\u00f6glichkeit, die Geb\u00e4udetechnik mit der Produktionstechnik zu koppeln, k\u00f6nnen die mobilen Plattformen eigenst\u00e4ndig durch das Geb\u00e4ude navigieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Neben den physischen Automatisierungsl\u00f6sungen wurden auch die digitalen Aspekte einer Produktionsanlage betrachtet \u2013 etwa die Optimierung der Planungsprozesse oder die virtuelle Inbetriebnahme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201eIm Rahmen des Projekts FertiRob ist es uns gelungen, die gesamte Prozesskette bei der Elektrolyseurproduktion zu betrachten und gemeinsam mit unseren Projektpartnern beeindruckende Demonstratoren aufzubauen und zu programmieren\u201c, erz\u00e4hlt Projektleiter Robert Egel. \u201eIch blicke sehr positiv auf das Projekt zur\u00fcck und hoffe, dass wir als Projektkonsortium auch weiterhin im Austausch bleiben.\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped
